1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly extended, but we will make every effort to fulfill orders within the standard timeframe. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days for all destinations, whether domestic or international. This timeframe is an estimate and begins from the date of shipment (not the order placement date).
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, postal service delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited or Urgent delivery options are not available at this time.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight/size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. All shipping costs are charged in USD (United States Dollars).
